An intensive one-month coding program (which was on campus), it was hands-on project-based learning with the language "C" using peer learning as it’s primary teaching method.

Our curriculum started with becoming familiar with the terminal commands on a Unix machine, then getting familiar with git, creating simple programs using loops. After that, I started recreating Unix functions and c libraries. Eventually progressing to learn even more advanced topics like linked lists and binary trees.

I made friends, I learned skills, I grew as a person and I’ve come away from it grateful, humbled, and in genuine awe of the whole experience.

The month was full of failure, frustration and the developing of qualities in myself that will help me to be a great developer and in a lot of ways to be a better person.

TLDR: I learned, I struggled and grew as a person. It definitely was one of the best spent months of my life.
