Development of new maintenance`s concepts;
Planning, management and report of the operation`s expenses;
Supervision of the trucks, harvesters and tractor`s maintenance;
People management, support and action with the team on the field;
Responsible for hiring process;

Coordination of the maintenance planning of different kinds of equipments
Report to the manager and board on cost / expense management;
Participation of strategic corporate committee of maintenance;
People management (150 employees) and team support;
Evaluation / sizing of the board and responsible for hiring / turnover;
Implantation of new concepts of maintenance;
Cost / benefit analysis of investments related to agricultural equipment;
Sizing of the equipment, based on the demand of the activity and the operation;
Planning, configuration and data management (AFS, Autec);
Mapping of load profiles and fault diagnosis of equipment;
Implementation of Maintenance Indicators;
Management and monitoring of HSE indicators;
Review / renewal of procedures, aimed at reducing costs;
Maintenance budget planning;
Real vs. Planned Cost Tracking, month by month of all equipment groups;
Analysis of the reasons for the most critical breaks in equipment;
Analysis of wear materials;
Development of alternative materials and suppliers, seeking improvement of performance and reduction of costs;
Tactical maintenance planning.
