Some of my responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work as part of the Partner Engineering team to deliver software products/projects that meet and exceed the partner's expectations.
- Provide technical & soft skill support to developers - via mentorship & workshops.
- Assess developers when they are transitioning into a higher role to ensure they possess the technical and soft skills required to work efficiently.
- Interview potential hires as part of Andela’s hiring process to determine eligibility for the role being applied for.
