-Implementing recruiting systems via ATS's such as Google Hire and BreezyHR
-Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
-Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
-Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
-Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

Main tasks:

• Delivering final projects according to client procedures
• Managing CAT tools and different file formats to meet each client’s needs
• Working closely with translators to prevent software issues
• Keeping TMs, glossaries and style guides updated
• Participating as a PM in special events (Blizzcon), where I ensured that in-house translators received segments for translation in a timely manner.
