My role evolved into a Tribe Lead as the company grew to 100 employees. In this capacity, I continued to work hands-on while also taking on additional responsibilities. I became the central point for frontend development, handling new project requests, estimating their scope, recruiting and assigning team members, and ensuring their satisfaction. I conducted regular one-on-one meetings to address their needs and facilitated transitions to preferred projects and tech stacks.
