After two years of working as a teamleader and fullstack developer in an outsourcing company, where our team successfully delivered about 9 projects of varying complexity, I moved to the role of project manager when the company became a product company.
However, I didn't leave coding behind and continued to be the team lead of the Flutter development team. In this role, I had to dive deep into management, which I was very passionate about. At the same time, I was involved in building the architecture and developing the code base, which helped speed up the team's work and improve the quality of the product.
