Main Responsibilities:
• organization and coordination of works within the project;
• monitoring of the project status;
• ensuring interaction with stakeholders, dissemination of information between project stakeholders;
• quality control of project work;
• organization of administration of contracts for the project;
• management of project changes;
• development of a project schedule, budget, project communication plan, formation of a project team and distribution of project roles;
• determination the scope of work and the product of the project, the integrated planning of the project terms, a preliminary assessment of costs and revenues;
• analysis of the actual project timeframe, the actual budget, preparation of project execution reports, the formation of the project archive;
• organization of all types of training events, training sessions.
