I'm a Brazilian software developer with more than 10 years of experience currently using Ruby on Rails to develop backend systems and web services. Since 2009 I have been working with some programming languages: I used Java to write apps for Android and web applications; I had some exposure to JavaScript, C#, VB, Elixir, and Ruby on Rails; I have used some HTML and CSS as well. I have been running Linux on my computers for a few years and have no problem writing shell scripts. I have worked on some projects using Agile methodologies since 2009, and I am familiar with Scrum. In 2016, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal Institute of Ceará (Instituto Federal do Ceará - IFCE). This degree was important because I learned the theory behind my profession and improved my logical thinking abilities. In 2022, I got my Master's in Engineering degree from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). This course involves Aviation Safety and Continued Airworthiness, airport operations studies, and also aeronautical systems. I enjoy gaming (like Dota 2), fancy rats, traveling to the beach, or seeing a rock show. I'm also a pt-BR Comedy IT podcaster from the DevsCansados Podcast (https://twitter.com/devscansados).
