Continuing my journey at IBM Academy Advanced AI, I have now taken on the new responsibility of leading the mentors at IBM Academy Advanced AI @ Infinite Learning. My current and former responsibilities include:

- Ensuring my mentees can effectively learn about IBM Soft Skills Training, Fundamentals of Machine Learning, AI Governance, Generative AI, Deep Learning, and how to use WatsonX.ai on the IBM Cloud platform.
- Making sure my mentees develop strong project management skills, especially for the 3M Project (Capstone Project) in the MSIB program, along with good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ensuring my mentees are capable of building, fine-tuning, and deploying robust machine learning models.
- Guiding my mentees in preparing datasets properly for machine learning or AI projects.
- Ensuring my mentor team collaborates well and thoroughly understands the program.
- Managing the resources and capabilities of my mentor team while fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Continuing my journey to become an instructor at IBM Academy, now focusing on Advanced Artificial Intelligence, a division previously based on Hybrid Cloud and AI. My duty is to ensure my mentees understand Data Science, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning using IBM Cloud technologies.

Starting my role as a mentor for a contract internship program held by Infinite Learning with a responsibility to make sure my students (mentee) to achieve knowledge about how to become a RedHat Enterprise Linux as a Linux System Administrator and also knowledge about AI and its ethics, history and the development of AI in the industry. Beside that, the knowledge of Cybersecurity is an essential knowledge for my students (mentee) to achieve in advance to make sure their digital lifestyle is safe. Also, I have responsibility to make sure my students is commit and have the knowledge delivered to them, has a skill to collaborate with others, communicate better, has a critical thinking to make the world a better place.

This program is an Independent Study (activity that similar as Apprenticeship) that held by Infinite Learning with collaboration with the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. This activity includes the training of these certification:
- RedHat Certified System Administrator by RedHat (3 months remote + 2 weeks onsite)
- Artificial Intelligence Practitioner Certification by IBM (2 weeks onsite)
- Cybersecurity Practitioner Certification by IBM (2 weeks onsite)
- Capstone Project about AI/Cybersecurity with IBM Cloud services (2 weeks remote)
