I have been developing software since 2008 professionally. Working with a wide range of enterprise systems, like ERPs, ECMs, and BPM has given me a deep insight into how to integrate them together to put their values to work for organizations. More recently, I have jumped into a more entrepreneurial field, starting my first (failed) company, AzzuraTek. Later joined a more mature but still growing company (Cuban Engineer), where I have played several roles in the business management side, which allow me to understand how to interrelate several business areas, especially in the private software companies. Responsible for strategies on IT recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Public Relations, Community Management, Customer Acquisition, and Finances among others, has been part of this journey. In my free time, I enjoy being in contact with nature in different ways: trekking and hiking, or spend time enjoying my aquarium and the reproduction and daily life of my pets. I enjoy reading about ancient history, philosophy, emotional intelligence among other topics. Contributor to Google Map with pictures of my country.

Improved the recruitment procedures, coordinating the inclusion of better infographic support, detailing expected results after each step, adding guidelines for phone call screening and Interviews.
Introduced the use of an Application Tracking System, based on Odoo Recruitment modules.
Implemented in our system KPIs like ‘Quality of source’ and applied strategies considering the KPIs results. The introduction and correct implementation of the ATS allowed the company to provide better feedback to applicants and detect previous applicants suitable for new job positions.
Constantly applying/evaluating state-of-the-art knowledge from top industry leaders like LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Social Talent, to improve recruitment activities.

Fullstack developer in FeedOnIdeas platform project, a solution for feedback processing, which allows websites to include a widget to gather feedback from users. Developed using Angular, Vue.js, Django 2, GraphQL, Graphene, and Apollo. Successfully deployed and used in the Cuban Engineer talent pool platform and the internal Mentoring solution.
Maintenance and development of new modules for Fitgames, a sport/workout platform for Flexsport, a German company based in Hannover. Role as a frontend developer, with Angular as the main JavaScript stack.
Support, maintenance, and development of GitLab Utilities API, a custom solution for obtaining issues stats from GitLab, which can be filtered by month, developer, project, etc. This solution is used to calculate the number of issues and their weight that a developer made in a month and thus is used to help with salary calculations.
Main technologies used include Django REST and Postgres

- Created extensions to track customer emails in their CRM profiles. Extended the CRM module to register extra information from customers.
- Built and measure KPIs from the system, particularly from the Recruitment module, using Google Spreadsheet integration.
- Created automated actions to notify by email about dangling applicants, project tasks too long in certain stages, notify the financial team automatically about budget allocation needs for certain applicants stages, hence keeping the process fueled.
