An incredible four years have passed in the blink of an eye. Debugging no-clue issues for themes, plugins, and hosting in live chat, writing snippets, testing products, informing clients about products, handling accounts-related queries, building pages using several page builders (Divi, Elementor, FSE, Avada...) and what wasn't there to work on! WordPress CLI, SSH, and FTP were part of my daily tasks.
During my four-year journey, I learned, explored, and completed over 15k+ live chats with 90% satisfaction ratings—the highest among my peers. The best part was being part of an incredible, diverse team from various countries and cultures. I had the privilege of working with amazing mentors and talented colleagues, and we shared countless fun moments in our Slack group. It never felt like a remote job!
