My duties as a CTO includes the design and the execution of the company's technology strategy. One of the cornerstones of this is the development of our in house toolset called ZenoCore with which we intend to deliver bespoke applications for our clients on multiple platforms to their and their clients satisfaction.

As a lead developer, my primary responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of developers, as well as designing and implementing software architecture.

One of my main focus is to mentor and guide the team members, helping them to improve their skills and advance in their careers. I also take on a leadership role, ensuring that the team is operating efficiently and effectively and that all members are working towards the same goals.

I am experienced in working with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) and have a good understanding of its capabilities and limitations. I also have experience working with Golang and I am always keeping an eye on its development and the way it can improve our architecture and performance.

As for the software architecture design, I am responsible for creating and maintaining the overall structure of the software. This includes determining how the different components of the software will interact with each other and making sure that the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and can support the company's business requirements.

I also participate in code reviews and testing, making sure that the code meets the company's standards and that it is free of bugs and errors.

Overall, as a lead developer, my main goal is to ensure that the team is producing high-quality software that meets the company's needs and that the team members are constantly learning and improving their skills.
