Software Developer / IT Manager

Lead programmer for a in-house desktop application that is used daily by 60+ office staff. It primarily allows our staff to prepare and schedule work across 100+ vehicles and 13 or so depots, but has been expanded over the years to integrate with our in-house data capture systems, send communications to customers, reporting, and so on. It integrates with SQL, FileMaker, Google Maps, GPS and SMS. I am responsible for the entire product life cycle.
I help scope proposed features, test, deploy, maintain.
I also spend about 30% of my time looking after IT systems such as email, network, virtual servers, remote desktop, etc, and provisioning hardware.
