I started as a designer/fitter. During my first few years I lead projects to improve the workflow of the shop including converting the paper system over to almost entirely digital using project management software.

After 3 years I became the production department manager where I lead a team of fitters to ensure orders were delivered on time and efficiently. Additionally I worked closely with the sales department to make sure our output exceeded our client's expectations.

During my final year at Goods I took on more responsibility and filled the roll of the store manager.

My roll as Assistant Engineer included drafting e-mails to deliver proposals of recorded sessions, maintaining the website, and ensuring the computers were running and up to date. Additionally I would sit in on sessions and predict the needs of both the head engineer and client in a fast paced environment where time was very important.
