My role as the Senior Program Coordinator at Netcamp primarily included working with college students of various departments as well as academic years. I helped students in grasping core programming concepts in Android and build their own applications while going through a structured, hands-on learning experience. I encouraged students to explore new problem domains and helped them throughout the process. With a batch as large as 250+ students it was a challenging effort at first and I learned and grew myself throughout the program. I believe I rendered my knowledge and experience to help the students up to best of my knowledge and students had a really positive feedback about the same.
