Develop products and integrations for full service contact center solutions. Utilizing widely known products such as Cisco UCCX, Cisco UCCE, Twilio, Inference, Kore.AI, among others develop custom integrations or products per client specification. Working with the Financial, Industrial, and Communications sectors implement security mechanisms to comply with industry standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, among others to protect sensitive information. Implement and follow secure development and SDLC procedures. Utilize common code repository software such as git. Utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Blazor, Java, Javascript, SQL, among others design and develop company IP per industry needs. Properly document products and solutions to ensure minimal end-user confusion. Interface with clients and partners to determine customer business requirements and technological needs. Participate in team and division meetings. Maintain accurate records for time-keeping and research purposes while working remotely. Research and remain knowledgeable on current technological developments. Work with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure to provide redundant, highly available services.
