As a graduate intern, I was assigned with the responsibility to create and oversee training programs for undergraduate students and client’s operations. I collaborated with leadership to determine training needs by conducting research for integrated courses and training modules focused on key areas. I assisted in development of various company tasks which improved operations and provided exceptional client support. I also maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.

As a trainee who was learning from industry experts, I devoted special emphasis to punctuality and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately. I collaborated with developers to designed and developed computer software web applications thereby enhancing my learning and working efficiency. I gained understanding of industry procedures by assisting with tasks and closely monitoring business processes. I also learned new materials, processes and programs quickly to maximize performance.
