Yandex entrusted me with the development of an internal startup in which it was necessary to hire a mobile and backend development team. My responsibilities included planning tasks, communicating with related teams from whom it was possible to borrow technologies, building a scalable architecture, and I also communicated with the development team from Sendbird, who had the SDK we needed for chats and video calls. Unfortunately, the project was closed, but it was a great experience

Developed the key features of the mobile application for drivers https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/id1496904594, participated in the modularization and development of architectural approaches for modules. Also responsible for different processes:
- Hiring new engineers
- Communicating with related departments
- Delivering apps to the AppStore.
- Implemented a mechanism for automatically changing the status of the driver, which allowed 40% of Yandex.Pro users not being distracted by additional actions in the app
