Coordinate and control the work orders with the managers of the different areas achieving efficiency, profitability and satisfaction (Precision Air Conditioners, Chillers, UPS, Rectifiers, Investors, SPD, Elevated Floor, among others). Support the sales area by managing and developing new accounts and clients, increasing the billing and profitability of the business. Support to the Contracts department negotiating individual and corporate contracts, analyzing different service and cost schemes, quoting, negotiating and closing agreements. Stay in continuous communication and deal with customers, ensuring a level of quality and optimal satisfaction. Periodically report the KPI, objectives and progress to the Presidency. Promote the vocation of customer service, generating optimal results, benefiting the company and staff in order to promote a professional development plan within the company.
