Responsabilities:
Guide the process of detailed design and construction of the components or modules along with the
customer
Understand the customer’s information system by doing diagnostic of the problem that lead to the
design and development of efficient solution
Analyze and design possible technological solutions that respond to customer needs
Manage customer's requirements against the product and / or processes.
Manage documentation of delivered and designed solutions.
Ensure the management of the customization, assignment and control team.
