I built the first Artificial Intelligence Chat Analytics system for Canada Post well before it was a thing. At the time I was helping Microsoft beta test a few of the models we were using. I developed a Sentiment model that we used to analyze 27,000 sentences per day and were able to identify customer pain points in less than 4 hours. It was a huge success, generating insights that were impossible to gleam from thousands of conversations before AI. In 2017 I created the world's first Artificial Intelligence model that could determine a person's Personality from their written text. We presented the technology at a Sales Conference in Chicago that year as the future of Sales. IBM approached us, even though they had Watson and they joined us on a pilot of the technology. IBM increased their positive engagement on LinkedIn by 78% in a matter of weeks. They went from a few connections a week to ten per day using a CRM that I developed. It had the world’s first Personality Tuned Messaging system. When prospects receive a Personality Tuned Message, they cannot quite figure out why a message or script seems familiar. Prospects subconsciously make an emotional connection when they read those messages, and this connection increases engagement significantly. Fast forward to the future and a variation of that CRM is now available to the public in my Big Five AI CRM and Emotion Analysis tools. I recently developed an Artificial Intelligence model that detects over a dozen Emotions from written texts. The service allows a Salesperson to pass an email or response from a prospect to the AI service for analysis. It provides an emotional analysis of each sentence so that the Salesperson can visually spot areas of concern in their message. Now that is pretty cool stuff, but this it the really cool stuff… The tool passes their texts to our Big Five Personality Model to determine the prospect’s Personality. It then determines the Overall Emotion from their message. It generates a Message Response Strategy based on a combination of their Emotion and Personality! The tool provides the Salesperson with a step by step strategy to follow based on the prospect’s Personality and Overall Emotion. How cool is that?
