I lead teams and companies so they can perform at their very best. I'm a data-driven Program and Project Manager, specialized in Software Development projects, using mostly Lean and Agile best practices, choosing the most adequate techniques for each scenario. My best asset is my skill to understand a team's troubles and work with them to create a culture of Continuous Improvement. My personal values are Equality, Transparency & Freedom of Expression. I'm a certified Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) and formerly-Certified Scrum Master (CSM), both methods from which I draw inspiration on my day-to-day challenges. Speaking of which, I've had the opportunity of leading multiple projects of varying scopes, with small-scale clients and Fortune 500 ones, with co-located teams and globally distributed ones, with a 5-people team and with multiple specialized teams. Every project has their own unique challenges, and every challenge forces me to learn something new and become better. I've also worked almost 10 years as a professional developer, with an equally varied range of different systems. Those skills have enabled me innumerous times to help bridge between Business and Development, allowing for smoother conversations and less communication issues. I've also helped teams/companies adopt various DevOps-related technologies.
