* Designed and implemented a travel blog web app according to specifications and wireframes provided by a client in a team of five people, and engaged in version control by leveraging Github’s branching and forking
* Used MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js to create a fully modular app that employs a one-to-many data model
* Coached team members in use of CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid in conjunction with one another and with React
* Collaborated with teammate to pair program the RESTful routes and to implement full CRUD capability

* Utilized pair programming and version management with Github in order to effectively collaborate to create high-quality code from inception to delivery

* Responsive browser game using JavaScript, CSS3, Flexbox, and Grid to create an accessible and fun user experience
* Implemented timers, loops, and conditionals to create an interactive user-driven experience

* Met individual weekly and monthly billable unit goals with an average caseload of 10-14 clients
* Achieved our team goal of 22,000 billable units per month starting in 2021 by increasing meaningful contacts with clients in the field
* Successfully managed client crises as part of the on-call rotation by monitoring crisis phone 24-hours/day in week-long increments, referring clients to appropriate services, and intervening with management support when needed
* Facilitated therapeutic groups once per week on a range of topics for drop-in clients experiencing severe mental illness symptoms
* Decreased severity of symptoms as measured by annual ANSA scoring and number of hospitalizations per client by ensuring each client was adequately accessing outpatient psychiatric care, medications, socialization activities, and therapy

* Met daily, weekly, and monthly documentation goals using established best practices for maintaining electronic health records
* Performed weekly audits of medications, residential environment, clinical documentation, and logistical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by Community Care Licensing, Title IX, Medi-Cal, City and County of San Francisco, and HIPPA
* Supported clients with meeting 90-100% of their established treatment plan goals over the course of no more than 90 days by facilitating therapeutic groups and conducting individual rehabilitation counseling focused in increasing independence and symptom management
* Utilized expert conflict resolution skills and discreet communication to overhaul workplace culture by developing concrete asks, developing a management plan, and implementing mentorship of junior team members
* Decreased utilization of county crisis services by clients by ensuring they were established with psychiatric care, primary care, case managers, and community support groups and activities prior to their 90-day discharge date
