Enterprise Simulator Leader
As a Technology Education Program Lead (called an "Enterprise Simulator Leader" at Strategio), I've led the charge on an innovative 8-week enterprise technology training program. This program equipped the next generation of tech minds with essential skills in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SDET methodologies, and programming in languages like Java and Python. My job was to craft a robust curriculum that evolved with the fast-paced tech world.
Some highlights of my tenure included mentoring three cohorts of Technologists, many of whom have made significant strides in the tech industry. I'm recognized for my innovative approach to teaching and dedication to nurturing student success. Moreover, I've played a pivotal role in enhancing diversity and representation in the technology sector through our targeted training and mentorship programs.

Lead Educator and Team Lead for full-time students attending BrainStation's Full Stack Web Development Diploma Program in Miami. Mentored and trained more than 200 students to become Full-Stack Web Developers and Software Engineers, with a job placement rate of 91%.
The technologies learned as part of the program include JavaScript (ES6), Node, React, Express, Node, MySQL, Deployment (Heroku), Testing (Jest), and Agile Development. As part of Wyncode, I also helped develop their Web Development Program curriculum as the school transitioned from Ruby on Rails to Full-Stack JavaScript (MERN) Q2 of 2020.
