As part of the Excellence Engineering team, our role was to maintain and extend a number of microservices that are shared with many other product teams across the company, platformize our services and identify any other areas within the company that can be platformized as well. all of that while carrying our best practices and expertise so that it is democratized across the company.

My day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing features and bug fixes
- Designing and discussing solutions on the cloud (AWS)
- Troubleshooting and supporting others
- Monitoring our services

As the CTO of the group, I was tasked to bring digital transformation into Ethis Global and all its subsidiaries. My role was to draw the vision, the strategy, and the architecture then put into action the process and guidelines in order for the company to transition progressively.

I was also in the process of building a technical team and planning and leading the product development from various fronts. as the CTO I was also part of the strategic board of the group.

Grainer started as a general IT company that has expertise in Blockchain and AI, while also providing Consultancy and development along with system integration to our clients. Our mission was to deliver impactful and life-changing products with the highest standards of quality and cutting edges technology.

Thanks to our innovation hub which was deployed to incubate and build ideas that we see a need in or an opportunity in the market. We managed to quickly pivot into a full-time team building the next Equity crowdfunding platform backed by various angel investors and institutional investors.
