During the first year I got my hands dirty with a FinTech proprietary project, then I've been awarded a bit more responsibility and became Lead developer on a different R&D project.
My time here has been incredibly useful, as I had the chance to witness a different environment, where sometimes it's required to speed up and get "things" done. But also I learnt a lot and left an impact on something I care about.
I've also gained more expertise in writing production ready Java microservices, using Micronaut framework and reactive programming principles.
