My main job was to carefully plan and prepare a great transition of a complex product written in AngularJS, intertangled with some custom solution to the newest Angular version (v14) together with a handful developer team. Our priority was to reduce complexity and to provide a shallow learning curve for new developers starting to work on it with defining standards and valuable guides/documentation.
Apart of that in the first few month I was taking part in the software development and planning, breaking features into smaller sized tasks, actively helping out junior colleagues with code reviews and consultation, while shipping bigger features on my own.

After getting to know the product, I've been taken part in designing and implementing the new, Angular based interface, together with a small, but really great international team. It had many challenges like providing an interactive maps to show a big variety of devices with different status, giving real-time informations and finding the best possible way to communicate with the backend in given scenarios. My developer stack mostly consists of Angular, Typescript, SASS, while keeping an eye on the Java-based backend changes and monitoring our workflow in Azure.

Soon after my promotion with the knowledge of the product got placed into the support team where we not only dealt with bugs and performance issues, but proactively worked on preventing issues and tuning performance.

Apart of that I, as one of the mentors in our on-board program, was responsible for newcomers get to know our product and development stack.
