At Empathy I work on Kroger Digital promotions and savings services. Specifically, I work as part of one of the developer teams responsible of evolution and mantainment of backend services used as a basis for savings based on Digital Coupons. My duties include:

- Development of new REST-based microservices and maintenance of existing ones, on which Digital Coupons frontend services (web and mobile app) rely on.

- On-call incident response for problems related to Digital Coupons services.

- Documenting the Domain Model and Kroger procedures for its usage by the Empathy Digital Coupons team, including both información specific to Promotions at Kroger and general documentation related to Kroger context itself.

- Recording and information gathering from sessions (videocalls) with promotions and engineering managers from Kroger, documenting sessions and extracting information from them into the Domain Model on an structured way.

- Writing additional documentation related to procedures and the organization itself, to be used by the engineering teams: Business Context, Kroger services layout, support tools.
