I'm a Software Engineer with more than ten years of experience. I've worked with a range of technologies (Clojure, Scala, Python and Java to name some), delivering all sorts of solutions for backend services (REST applications, Kafka publishers/consumers, middleware services, binary protocol parsers and general-purpose domain libraries, for example). I've also ventured in Devops and lower-level platform tools (infrastructure introspection, pipeline aggregation and decoupling, DSL for expressive pipeline configuration) and Infosec focused on software engineering (Identity management on distributed systems, secure handling of PIIs and private data, distributed mechanisms for credential revogation) I often see myself doing pair programming, whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming sessions, but I disapprove bureaucracy and excessive rites/meaningless ceremony. I belive in autonomy and guidance. I seek and I try to promote this on every team I join. As a final note, I maintain some open source projects, most of which enriching development experience with neovim.
