• Founded and directed the largest official Vue.js events organization in Beijing with over 300 participants on and offline.
• Attracted over a dozen participants from events to join and contribute to the Vue.js framework through community hiring.
• Managed event spaces and organized monthly events with upwards of over 40 attendees signing up through Huodongxing.

• Founded the Akkadu live stream interpretation platform that served over 10,000 users in China, Europe, and the US including Amazon, MIT, and the European Chamber of Commerce, each of which reviewed our product highly.
• Managed and hired 3 engineers and 5 developer interns, led onboarding processes, and lead a team of 6 engineers to refactor the monolithic platform to an API cluster in AWS and a CDN hosted static site, reducing server costs by over half.
• Provisioned CDN caching strategies, Docker container clusters, load balancing, DNS/TLS, queue messaging, and serverless microservice processing to increase overall site speed by over 700% in mainland China.
• Migrated the existing session-based authentication to stateless JWTs while supporting backwards compatibility for over 100 APIs and refactored a monolithic codebase of over 100k lines to under 10k to reduce deployment times by over 600%.
• Developed APIs and database schemas using Node.js 12, REST, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL 12, as well as CI/CD pipelines in CircleCI to run unit tests and automate deployments, speeding up time product release cycles from weeks to days.
