Natural Language Processing Engineer

Relation extraction in the BB 2019 corpus in scientific texts. Using deep neural networks, the objective was to find relations of Gene-Disease in scientific texts. The model was based on BERT and I used PyTorch for the implementation. The F1 score was 98.8% which exceeded the current state of the art.
