Thinkful is an online coding bootcamp that teaches students in several areas including software engineering, data science, data analytics, technical project management.

As Software Engineering / Web Development mentor I work on:
- Clarifying all issues students might with the material.
- Helping students to finish their tasks and assignments on time.
- Providing additional resources for students.
- Conduct assessments and make sure students understand the material.
- Check and grade student's work.

Bloc is an online coding bootcamp that teaches students in several areas including web development, mobile development, and design.

As Ruby on Rails mentor I work on:
- Clarifying all issues students might with the material.
- Helping students to finish their tasks and assignments on time.
- Providing additional resources for students.
- Conduct assessments and make sure students understand the material.
- Check and grade student's work.

Bloc was acquired by Thinkful in 2018, so I joined Thinkful team with other Bloc mentors.

In the time while I was working on faculty, together with my college from local University, I founded Softserbia. It was one of the first outsourcing companies in Serbia at that time. After few years of work on two fronts, I decided to leave faculty and to start working full time in Softserbia.

As Technical Manager I work:
- on exploring and implementing of new technologies,
- on education of team members,
- on developing and implementing of new methodologies that team members use in their work,
- as consultant on most of our projects.
