The HTM company has been established in order to exclusively monetize and develop businesses for the Go.vn website, which is under development of VTC. I am the 1st employee, and the person in charge for the whole project, since it was in the papers, until the company was formed and the contract was signed in early 2012.

After finishing the project development, I have been involved in daily operations of the company:

- Recruit and manage sale and technical team
- Develop pricing policy
- Develop monetization plans
- Report to chairman and shareholders
- Work closely with agency to control the revenue stream
- Coordinate with VTC to sell advertising on Go.vn
- Search and develop business with various kinds of partners like content holders, technical provider, merchants ... to expand the businesses
- Coordinate with international advisors to seek for financial fund to expand the core business
- Work with government departments to follow and contribute opinions to the policy
- Manage the P&L

As one of the founder of the project, I've developed business plan, sale plan and product roadmap for the first licensed online TV http://vivo.vn in Vietnam. I also followed up the financial status to adjust and execute the plan as a member of board of directors. I've been responsible for both sale and product development of the ViVo. Other than that, I am also the person in charge to look for business opportunities to maximize the revenue of the project.

Located in Vietnam and work for the Yahoo! SEA team at Singapore to develop customized advertising solutions for big clients in the Southeast Asia region.

Prepare content, product planning, communicate with big clients only, coordinate other heads of product , support sale team to deliver customized solutions to Yahoo clients. This kind of business is totally new and I am the first person in local country to help sale team set up it so that it requires me both hard and soft skills to work with both technical, sale and client to finish the project on time, on budget and make the client happy.
