FullStack Labs is a software consultancy company with clients across USA and LatAm. I worked as a Sofware Engineer both in backend and in frontend roles for USA companies.

- Worked directly with software developers and users on the production floor to understand issues and provide solutions in real-time.
- Followed AGILE and SCRUM methodologies to improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures.
- Provided written knowledge transfer material like Confluence pages, blog entries, and onboarding meetings. Helped mentor new hires and worked with seniors to solve complex problems.

- Analyze and understand detailed business requirements, providing optimal recommendations for software development, implementations, and maintainability.
- Document business requirements, gatherings, and issues, updated business process flow, documenting the results of software research tools and applications.
- Develop along with clients, software professionals, and consultants software, modifications, and updates in interface applications.
- Review and evaluate the technical design and technical quality issues and processes.
- Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming, and testing.
- Uses UE4 (Blueprints, Sequencer, C++), JavaScript (NodeJS, ExpressJS, React), and a host of other technologies.

TEKNOOZ.TV is an amazing real-time animation project: A Tech news 7/24 video streaming channel made entirely in 3D and 4K, with hi-res avatars, advanced synthesized voices, and lip-sync, photo-realistic TV set, professional multi-camera cinematic... all controlled by text scripts and rendered in AWS hi-end Nvidia server. We have key support of some most innovative partners like Unreal Engine, Google TTS, and AWS-Polly.

- Manage a product development team of 5+, while empowering junior devs to analyze problems and opportunities in-depth, providing insights and proposals based on long term goals and customer satisfaction.
- Enforces the use of clean code, testing, and good practices in the codebase, being conscious of performance, usability, and maintainability, using SCRUM/Agile methodologies to lead the team in creating wireframes/prototypes, solid UI/UX designs, and full-stack sites and apps.
- Communicates ideas and proposals with non-technical partners and costumers using TeamViewer, Zoom, Slack, GitHub, emails, etc.
- Web Stack: React, CSS, NodeJS/ExpressJS, Styled Components, among others.
- Heroku, AWS, and cPanel systems with best Practices in SEO and scalability.

Along with fellow programmer Kembert Brisenho, and a designer (Daniel), we founded Azordev, a Digital Design Company.
