• Developed a system for monitoring protest and complaint messages in social networks and other media resources to establish feedback from public authorities with the population.

• Provided technical leadership to the team of approximately 6 employees consisting of different level developers, testers, and data scientists.

• Implemented asynchrony and increased the micro-services speed by more than 7 times. (Python, Asyncio, Gevent/Greenlet, Aio-pika, Aiohttp, Gino)

• Since I started to play in the team, all team members have successfully worked on all areas of the service, from the low-level infrastructure to the basic project parts. I am heavily involved in recruiting developers at all levels.

• Implemented the end-to-end automated engineering flow from build > code review > non-functional testing > deploy to staging > functional test -> deploy to production. It led to a 45% reduction in testing time. Improved code quality through extensive code reviews (on Gitlab), and fixed bugs with the help of a logging and aggregation platform (Sentry). Covered ~70% of the code with tests.

• Developed a Loyalty Program platform and integrated it with a frontend application. • Designed and developed a mobile version of user application for the Loyalty Program platform and coordinated the Android team that developed the app for Android platform to show the data from that system. (Appcelerator/Titanium, QQnder API Integration, Trello)
