I'm an Entrepreneur, Software Architect, and DevOps engineer. I specialize in architecting solutions that encompass the entirety of a solution, instead of just parts and pieces of it. At Carbonite I was the principal architect in a data archival solution that saved the company over $4.2M over 2 years in data storage costs. I also architected and developed a solution for quality assurance of Phone, Email, and Chat agents, all designed around COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) standards. Prior to that I was Director of Cyber Intelligence Operations for SIROAL International, responsible for all Cyber Intelligence and Warfare operations with SIROAL's Globally positioned clients. In addition to Cyber Intelligence and Warfare, I was also responsible for vulnerability analysis and exploit development, security audits, and Information Security policies and procedures for SIROAL and it's clients. Now I'm working on Don't Panic Cloud, a strategic operations consultancy, designed to help small businesses grow, by providing business and marketing guidance, technology support, and business management.

Responsible for:
* Public facing Knowledge Base for all Products, (5 total Knowledge Bases)
* Built Javascript based Public Knowledge Base (Single Page Application) on Salesforce Sites platform.
* Built NodeJS based Public Knowledge Base on Heroku (After identifying that the Salesforce based site would be incredibly costly to continue to run, comparatively ~$18,000/year savings). Backed by custom REST API built in Apex on Salesforce, to continue to allow Content builders to use the built in Knowledge Base functionality in Salesforce, and continue giving Customer Service Reps access to all Knowledge Base articles.
* Built Quality Assurance platform to track and grade Rep interaction quality (COPC Standards)
* Project Lead on Agent Performance Dashboard, to enable agents full visibility into their current statistics, Quality scores, Survey evaluations from Customers, and feedback from higher-tiered staff when cases are escalated.
* Project Lead on Salesforce Archival project - To reduce costs of Salesforce Storage, an Archival and dynamic API were constructed to move data off of Salesforce, store it behind the firewall, and re-expose the data through an API for consumption on the Salesforce cases. This enabled a full history of each case to be seen, while reducing total required storage costs. (Est. ~$4.2M savings)
* Change Control / Management architect - Built a Change Control / Management program for Salesforce and other Customer Care development projects. Created process for enabling Roll-back functionality in Salesforce utilizing Continuous Integration / Deployment and Git Versioning systems to maintain consistent states between Development, Unit Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Production environments in Salesforce and AWS. Includes utilization of Configuration Management (Chef) for AWS server management.
