Supporting, refining and improving the deployment and performance of core products as a member of Site Reliability Engineering team. Working closely with the developers and operations teams to provide expertise in root cause analysis or develop automation allowing for self-healing of services.

Using DevOps approach to develop platform for automated deployment and configuration of Linux-based services to multiple datacenters - this includes HERE's private cloud offering as well public clouds (Amazon AWS, etc.). Providing full, transparent to end-users integration for core components like monitoring (Nagios), log aggregation (Splunk), metrics collection (Graphite) and others. Working on Puppet-based multi-tenant configuration management with custom multi-environment ENC implementation allowing rapid deployment from R&D into production environments. Developing in-house solution for ingesting and distributing rpm packages across multiple availability zones. Jenkins based continuous-integration system used for quality assurance of Puppet manifests prior to the deployment. Highly scalable architecture allows for thousands of machines to be continuously managed by the system.
