Responsibilities:

Technical Development:
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions using our technology stack including:
Microsoft Azure (Cloud Services, Functions etc.)
Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines, Version Control)
Microsoft Teams (Communication and Collaboration)
Visual Studio 2022 (Development Environment)
Flutter (Cross-Platform Mobile App Development)
.NET Core 8 (Backend Framework)
ASP.NET Core (Web Framework)
SQL Azure (Cloud Database)
NestJS (Backend Framework)
Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code adhering to best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the technologies we use.
Scrum Master:
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
Remove roadblocks and impediments for the team to achieve sprint goals.
Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Continuously improve the team's workflow and processes.
Track team progress and metrics using Azure DevOps tools.
Project Management:
Work closely with Product Owners to understand user stories and translate them into actionable tasks.
Break down user stories into achievable tasks for sprint planning.
Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
Identify and manage risks associated with the project.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional app prototypes using Bubble.io, Adalo, or Flutterflow.
Design and develop user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Configure workflows, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless functionality within the application.
Integrate third-party services and tools to extend app capabilities.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the app is bug-free and performs optimally.
Maintain and update existing applications based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and features within no-code platforms.

Frontend: Flutter (mobile), Next.js (web)
Backend: NestJS
No-code tools: Adalo, Flutterflow, Bubble.io
GraphQL (API queries)
Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code adhering to best practices.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring product visions to life.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile and web development technologies.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
