Achievements & projects:
- successfully organised, co-led and conducted cross-business (Rx & Vx) 2020 OPAL License Verification - set out timelines, determined technical aspects of how the activity will be conducted, built a data collection model from users (150+ LOCs) & build a dashboard that visualized the progress over time + the results and determined an error rate of 3,23% total records being incorrect
- built several automation tools for internal projects (i.e. automated data aggregation spreadsheets that allow team members to report time spent on various activities in Effort Tracking; automated report comparison spreadsheet to allow for easy monitoring of pre-Brexit activities in OPAL)
- 2 Silver & 2 Bronze GSK recognition awards received in 2020, and 2 Bronze awards recieved in 2019 (avg. 1 recognition award every two-three months)

- Supervise and support and monitor quality of the work of junior colleagues
- Advise, train and support users of the global Registration Data Management (RDM) system
and procedures
- Accurate completion of more complex or non-routine data maintenance tasks to agreed
schedule
- Ensure own work and that of junior colleagues is compliant with data standards and defined
procedures
- Ensure defined quality control procedures are followed
- Trouble shoot problems when required and propose appropriate solutions
- Identify areas for improvements/efficiencies in existing processes and contributes to the
Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS) Change Control Process
- Maintain knowledge of GSK standards and procedures associated with registration data
management and contribute to the definition of new and revised procedures to improve
quality and effectiveness
