As a member of the Practice Group within Hamilton Club, I'm responsible for overseeing various client projects, ensuring that code quality, maintainability and security are top notch. I train and upskill junior and mid-level developers, helping them gain the skills necessary to best support our clients. I'm always up for trying out new tech, so that I'm in a good position to choose the best tech stacks on a per-client basis.

I've also worked directly on several client projects, most recently including:
- Supporting the role-out of a new platform to onboard new business customers, for a high-street bank (TS/Node)
- Development and uplift of a mobile app for a major UK retailer of fashion and sporting goods (React Native / .NET)

Responsible for the OTC trading platform. Worked on bringing legacy React code up-to-date, with fully-tested, well-documented and reusable components. Reduced bundle size by 80% by optimizing the Webpack build.
