When I'm not working, I enjoy making music, tinkering with my car and getting engrossed in the latest PC game. I've recently started 3D Printing, which has lead to some beautiful projects, a lot of frustration, and plenty of spaghetti! :)

The challenge. Create a WordPress powered site for one of the biggest banks in the world, while having a quick, snappy front end, and 0 points of security failure.
The front end is completly detached from the back end, hosted as a static site on an AWS S3 Bucket. The back end to the site is IP Restricted, ensuring that only the developers and the HSBC VPN has access.
When content is updated / created, there is a staging area where you can view your changes, and when happy, you regenerate that portion of the site. It happens very quickly, and enabled us to pass their PEN Tests with an almost perfect score!
