• Bachelor degrees in Science and Engineering and Master’s degree in Engineering Management • 8+ years of experience in project and people leadership within Information Technology, Logistics, Education, eCommerce, Tourism and Financial environments • 9+ years of manging software development to targeted roadmaps • 8+ years of mentoring and building teams of software developers • 16+ years of experience performing software development • Demonstrated competency in providing leadership and direction in regards to cross-functional aspects of technology • Proven track record of delivering value to customers and shareholders through the use of technology • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Extremely responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions • Proven communication, coaching and interpersonal skills, at all levels of the organization • Team player able to work closely with product owners and open to sharing information and best practices with the team • Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across an organisation • Excellent program management, organizational design, execution planning and control competency • Strong business acumen as well as customer focused influencing skills
