Brought to lead a redesign project of native iOS and Android apps for a growing startup from London, bringing them closer in-line with each platform's design language, solving some critical customer onboarding challenges as well as user interaction issues, working on consolidating common patterns into a common library that the team can use to design new solutions.

Working with Co-op's eCommerce Team, I've helped design and develop a UI for their new online grocery shopping experience, which involved:

• Working together with designers and product owners to create accessible and easy-to-use interface to help customers shop from their 2,500 physical stores across the UK;
• Building and maintaining a library of accessible, performant, and reusable UI components using Storybook;
• Building frontend prototypes and feature experiments for user research and evaluation purposes;
• Advising Co-op Frontend Community on best practices for developing performant and accessible frontend web applications using tools such as Vue.js, PostCSS and Web Components.
• Building tools and processes to help Co-op's Frontend Community be more effective at their jobs.

As a designer and frontend developer I help product teams reduce churn rate and enable customer success through user-centric design and execution, delivering scalable and adaptive software solutions that meet and exceed business OKRs.
