I'm always seeking for the right solutions, if something "just works" - it's not enough => it should work the right way. My primary languages right now are PHP and Javascript. I'm big fan of ES6 + and PHP 7+. Working in a team I teach and share my knowledge with teammates. I've also introduced PHPCode Sniffer as well as ESLint\Stylelint usage and established rules to improve team's code quality. I develop and maintain boilerplate code and build tools for our team, keeping development pipeline up to date allowing to leverage latest technologies. I'm the guy who thinks through forward asking myself - what is the perfect way of how things should work? - I find a solution, test it, and spread across team to leverage it on all projects.
