HAIDI, Human-friendly Artificial Intelligence Driven Interaction

H.A.I.D.I. (Human-friendly Artificial Intelligence Driven Interaction) is an artificial intelligence able to dispense useful information to an user, interacting with him through verbal and non-verbal communication; therefore she can recognize gestures and represent emotions thanks to some leds that are fixed on her face.
From the state of art it has been developed the neural network technology, used to control all information logically, simulating the human brain activity.
Through a system of neural networks, our humanoid robot H.A.I.D.I. processes all given inputs and develops constantly improving natural and immediate interactions. In order to do this we designed various neural networks that are able to locate the user’s face and, while interacting with him, track his movements by using two cameras and moving her head thanks to a dual-engine system.
