Present at the company's foundation, I serve as an IT Director at 2Easy, a company focused on offering Payroll BPO services, Strategic HR and Performance Assessments, being responsible for all Infrastructure, software development, customer support, relationship with suppliers, acquisition / implementation of new technologies, contracting, pre / post sale and commercial aspects of products sold by the company, as well as negotiations and sales demonstrations. I promoted the development of 2 products that are the main products of the company today, as well as in the implementation of a BackOffice system to support and execute the tasks of the BPO operation, such as workflow, helpdesk system, service cells and necessary infrastructure. I am actively in contact with clients, elaborating technical and commercial proposals, conducting presentations of presales/sales, monitoring/benchmark with the customer, sales in the client base, acquisition/prospection of new clients, PoC's elaboration and crisis management. Working side-by-side with the partners of the company, directing the IT department to obtain excellence in providing services to our clients, acquiring new resources through new business and technical/commercial demonstrations. I created a strong and lean IT team capable of sustaining 2Easy's operation, with aggressive SLA's and efficiency.

When I left McCann, in order to dedicate myself to obtaining the Microsoft MSCD certification, I opened a company with one more partner. The company was focused on the development of 3-tier web systems, having clients like DTS, McCann-Erickson, Construtora OAS, SertaRH, among others. At Lumatech I had the opportunity to develop and exercise contact with the commercial / human aspects of software development. I have been able to greatly develop my skills in Data Analysis Methodology, Goals achievement, Solution Design and Data Models that address customer expectations while consuming a minimum of resources. Preparation for future growth, budget and commercial characteristics such as dealing with the client, proposals, meeting minutes, contracts and Letters of Intent were also part of the
company's daily routine.

At McCann I was responsible for the web development team. I created two softwares, which controlled the entire McCann Global TimeSheet, and the entire production workflow of an advertisement agency, recently acquired by McCann (Sight-Momentum). I also performed several other activities, such as assistance in the creation and maintenance of the McCann-Brasil firewall, preparation and security of several web servers allocated in the company, as well as other maintenance and assistance tasks in network topology decision. I had contact with several company executives, using the English language, to define goals and benchmarks for the systems.
