This system allows to setup managed promotion process. System provides single point of contact for compensation, promotion and bonuses data for employees. This system consists of several major parts and allows managers to submit bonuses and salaries for employees, to manage budgets and so on.
I was working here as a Web Developer. Responsible for application upgrade to a new version of framework, changing application structure and architecture, support both versions of framework during upgrade process, developing new features of the application using Angular 2+, testing, communication with BA regarding all the problems of upgrade process.
I participated in code review process, estimating and prioritizing of project tasks.
Also I helped newcomers with on-bording process.
Team size: 28(6 front-end developers, 6 back-end developers, 4 BA, 3 test automation, 6 QA team, 1 support engineer, 1 PM, 1 DM).
