I've first worked in Easier team which the main goal was to re-engineer legacy software using new technologies and architectures such as Angular 6, REST APIs with Spring and Single Page Application. In the third week, I already was delivering above the target.
My second project at Crossover was the development of a classification and recommendation system for job candidates selection based on their resumes. It was a Machine Learning model which has used NLP technics and frameworks, such as NLTK and also other ML/DL frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, Numpy, Pandas and Scikit-learn. I've also used Flask and the entire system was developed using Python. In 2 months of work, the system was able to select people to positions with the same accuracy as human analysts did.
I've also worked in DevSpaces Feature team (Java Spring, Angular and Node.js) and helped to develop many features for it, always delivering above the target. DevSpaces is a tool to provide remote development environments based on Docker and Kubernetes.
Currently, I am in DevSpaces Import team working with DevSpaces, DevHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and VMWare. This team is responsible for products’ dockerization and to import them to DevSpaces and DevHub. In July 2019, I started the development of a tool (Node.js + Jenkins Pipelines - Groovy) which currently automate more than 80% of the entire team job. Thus, each IC of the team is delivering 3x more than before the automation. Nowadays I'm a technical lead and QE Reviewer of the team.
