Responsible for providing strategic and tactical alignment for data management which encompasses data quality, data administration, database administration, multiple sources database updates, automation and synchronization (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Webservices, JSON, TXT, CSV, and others), SQL, Python, and R scripting, Qlik Sense reports, for providing support to data analysts, and for implementing new projects that will hold machine learning, big data, and new data technologies in an environment of governmental internal audit.

- Environmental data analysis and financial reporting using R, Shiny and SAP-BO.
- Led IT from chaotic to managed, diligently providing good ITSM, staff management and project management to business and political stakeholders.
- Competitively selected IT manager to the Cities Secretary via internal meritocratic process (2013).
- Empowered the governor of Goiás by enabling the development of a situation room to track strategic projects and by modeling a new government actions module to the Planning System.
- Created a new enthusiastic atmosphere with the successful implementation of Scrum.
- Rescued a core business automation using reverse engineering strategies to redeploy a system that had lost its source-code.
