I worked mostly on the redesign of a new application, so we focused on having an application with a nice UX/UI and more scalable as well. One of the things I had a significant impact on was leading the improvement of the performance, so the users could experience faster initial loadings and use a tool that became 3x faster with the improvements I did. I also implemented the structure to have E2E tests running, so we could have an automated test regression tool. I also led the implementation of monitoring tools in order to check logs coming from our client applications. The frontend application is built using React and Patternfly as the design system and MobX/MobX State Tree as state management, we use ApolloClient as well to make GraphQL calls to our server. The backend application is built using Flask(Python) and we have NginX as a reverse-proxy solution. As a testing environment, we have technologies like Cypress, React Testing Library and Jest. I took ownership of developing an entire application in order to integrate it with a fintech partner and I also led the improvement of the codebase's quality by refactoring and teaching new code patterns to the team in order to increase reliability and readability of the code. With that, we increased the delivery speed of new features. We used React to develop user interfaces and NodeJS with Express.JS as our backend server. Technologies used:
